The pharmacy at this location is understaffed. Need more people to accommodate the community. Pharmacy was closed 15 minutes before 7PM. Was told to go to Wayzata.

Get your prescriptions filled elsewhere. This location is chronically understaffed (has been for years). I feel terrible for the staff that work there - not their fault. This evening they had one person working for both the drive thru and walk-ins. Horrible. Management has done nothing to address this.

Always at least a 45 min wait

Pharmacy won’t fill prescriptions that are for sure called in without multiple calls to ensure they actually do their job. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

Absolutely the worst. They would be better off without any help! lol!
Pharmacy is SO bad. So so so bad.

Terrible pharmacy and customer service. Always a line. And they shutdown for 30 minutes everyday randomly for lunch. What a joke

Worst pharmacy. Never have prescriptions ready when they say they will be. And, you can’t call to see if it’s ready beforehand because it takes over an hour for them to answer the phone. If you mention something about the phone call you received with the time it would be ready, staff get very rude and say the automated system isn’t correct.

Hands down the worst Walgreens in the country. Incompetent pharmacy. They allow drive through cars to wait 30 minutes without moving to wait for their prescription. Terrible service every single time without exception.

Find a different pharmacy. Never met a more insufferable group of pharmacists in my life.
If this job is making you miserable, find another line of work, rather than taking it out on customers who are just trying to get their medications.

I’m giving Walgreens at 101 two stars instead of a well-deserved single star only because the location is good. PLEASE close the drive-thru!! Or find a way to limit it to the physically challenged. It’s a disservice on every level. After a long wait in the hot sun for the two cars before me, I was asked to come in anyway because there was an issue with my insurance card. So I came in to the Rx counter and waited again. Techs have not been trained in customer etiquette. If they had, the tech at the drive-thru window would watch for you and give you some sort of priority.
I know it’s difficult to find good help. Young people are graduating from high school without ever once having to solve a single problem. Nobody has taught them the most rudimentary lessons in work ethic. The DQ next door to Walgreens is struggling to find help too.
After getting the Rx home (liquid Amoxicillin) I found it included a syringe-plunger device with an adaptor plug that is supposed to fit the bottle. Eleven steps in the instructions. Please suggest a link to one of the many YouTube videos that easily show how it works. The adaptor plug is too small for the mouth of the bottle so now it’s inside the bottle.

I tried to get in touch with the pharmacy over an hour ago at this point. When I tried at first - there were technical difficulties. I tried three more times, nothing - same issue. Then I asked for the store manager and asked to be transferred to the pharmacy. I’ve now been on hold for over 20 minutes with no end in sight. I have had this happen to me before and it ends up taking all day to get my prescription. People depend on this pharmacy for their medication - so what are we supposed to do if the pharmacy is not dependable? I urge Walgreens, this stores management as well as their pharmacy to re-evaluate what it means to manage people’s necessary medication.

Took over 30 minutes to pick up my photos from this location. Despite multiple staff members available, it seemed only the manager was capable of basic problem solving. The rest were literally idle during most of my visit.
If I could suggest moving the photo kiosk to one of the corner areas, I believe it would improve flow and mitigate risk of regular check out confusion

The service at walgreens in Minnetonka sucks location on county road 101.
I needed some help today and past days for closing out a reward acct do to suspicious activity. I was told come back later numerous times were busy even when there was no one barely in the store. Stay away from this place. I've been going here for years and it's gotten worse instead of better. Told the store employee you lost my bussiness today. They told me that's okay.
Now I have filed complaints with bbb and consumers protection. Now they can have the bad bussiness marks against them.
I will never give bussiness to walgreens again and will make sure I get the word out so they loose bussiness.
Don't treat customers right

Multiple poor customer service experiences at this store while dropping off packages and asking where some items were. The guy just threw his hand in a direction and said “it’s just like over there or whatever” in a condescending way. No greeting, very rude. Will absolutely avoid this store at all costs. Is this what Walgreens wants now? I guess so, since clearly it has been happening for an extended period of time per all online reviews here
