There is no way this is a real Walgreens. Worst location I've ever seen in my life by far. The store is trashed. How is this even a business? Are you actually open or is this an abandoned building? There were a bunch of customers inside but not one employee. Customers were trying to figure out how to ring themselves up. This was the middle of the day on a Monday. Just close down so no one thinks you are a real store.

100% of visits end in a ridiculously long wait and finding out that your prescription isn’t ready for some reason. It never goes well. Terrible store.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have used. When they estimate the time to fill a prescription it is always much much later than promised. Use another pharmacy. Clearly the management has no respect for their customers time.

Had a very difficult time getting a prescription refilled. It took hours and hours across several days. Phone calls with insurance and visits to the pharmacy. I think the pharmacy staff were trying to cope best they could with the situation. But there was a lot of confusion and communication issues going on. Look at Yelp reviews of other big corporate pharmacy locations across town and you'll see lots of 1 or 1.5 star ratings. It's a corporate problem. These huge corporations are wanting to turn big profits. So they don't hire enough pharmacy staff, they don't pay them well enough, and they don't give them enough resources to do their jobs well. Our expectations are high because prescriptions are important to us and we want them to get it right. Meanwhile corporate America wants to make a quick buck. It's a systemic problem. One likely to not get fixed due to the lack of any real competition. CVS and Walgreens are effectively a duopoly. The independents were squeezed out decades ago. Capitalism at it's finest. Have a nice day.

If i could give less than 1 star to this Walgreens location I would. This is a review of the "manager named Grace". I was at the front checkout and the cashier coughed. Whatever. Everyone coughs. This lady who said she was the manger and her name was "Grace" verbally attacked him in front of the customer saying to him " I'm not going to tell you again to turn your head when you cough." She went on and on how tired she was of him coughing and he had this cough for awhile and he needed to wear a mask " This was all in front of the customer. " Grace wasn't wearing a visible name tag and she had a sweatshirt over her uniform top( you couldn't even tell she was an employee ) When i told her she was being extremely rude to her coworker and she could have this conversation in private she proceeds to argue with me. I asked for her manager and she said she was the manager. I apologized to the other employee and told him how sorry i was that he had to work with Grace. He works in a hostile work environment and i feel sorry for him.

I guess I’ll add to the already poor reviews.Prescription was sent prior evening by Health Partners.1:50 PM the next day, was not ready. Tech clearly could not have cared much less and, I waited another 30 minutes after arriving.

I honestly have no idea how this place stays in business other than its a franchise. I have wasted hours waiting for my medication. Two techs work while the pharmacist is mia. I personallyhave left after 45 mins of waiting several times. Good luck everyone. Hope this review saves you some time!

Totally agree with all aspects of the one-star reviews here. We’re done here. Employees demeaning one another openly behind the counter, seems like a toxic work environment….P.S. The bird poop and cobwebs covering the drive-thru pop-out tray were the last straw. Hope some leadership steps up soon, but not hopeful given these issues seem to be long-persisting.

Horrible pharmacy. Hours and hours to get a prescription filled. And they can never get it filled completely because they are short ? great another trip to the worst pharmacy ever.Kind of fishy.

Textbook example of staff who are going through the motions and take no pride in their business. Booked vaccinations a week in advance. Drove in to learn that they didn't have the vaccine yet and I'll need to come back at a later date. When asked if there was appointment availability for future dates, the response was "I'm sure there is." Checking the website from the parking lot, of course there's no future appointments available. I booked at a different location and will gladly never return to this one again. Walgreens, manage your inventory better. Don't book appointments for things you don't have and proactively notify customers if you won't be able to fulfill on your promise rather than have them take time out of their work day to learn the hard way. Maybe, just maybe, help your people learn how to be less transactional and more empathetic. You're not the only pharmacy in town and I'm pretty sure your decline in traffic will help you understand that.

Short staffed-The new normal for most Walgreens-The medical industry is suffering all around-Personally, a very bad experience at this Walgreens-I was in line at the drive-up-They closed the window at 5:58-2 minutes before close-Not cool-

This place is the WORST everyone in the pharmacy should be FIRED. Every month we have an issue with picking up my sons medications. Every month it's the same issues. One person will say they have it another person will say they are working on and then someone else will tell you they are all out. The people here struggle with communication and expect you to spend hours on the phone or in person. Go next doo to Target or anywhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE!
