Zumiez worker’s monitoring and hovering over us the entire time we were shopping. At one point one of them came up to us and asked us where the items we picked out were, assuming we pocketed the items. Both items were in my hand in view of the employee. Then asked us to put them at the registers. It was one pair of pants we were going to try on. They then proceeded to call a security guard and played it off like he was patrolling. We ended up purchasing both items we were holding and it was a total unnecessary case of false accusations.

My husband needed a new pair of shoes He always goes to zumiez As they carry his brand of skateboarding shoe that he likes. I just have to say I was not impressed the store was not busy due to Minnesota weather and it being a blizzard outside I still had to go ask one one the 3 employees working if they could help my husband. They never carry his shoe brand and color that hes been wanting for years we've tried ordering them with the store several different times and for whatever reason the correct size never comes to that store so my husband chose a different Color then what he originally wanted Because he really needed a new pair of shoes When we got up to the regi thought my husband was going to have a heart attack when the price came out to be over a $106. He has never paid that much for a pair of shoes, I don't think I've ever paid that much for a pair of shoesApparently that is the only pair that was not on sale. My husband and another gentleman that was in the store started complaining about the priceAnd the fact that they don't throw in free stickers anymore nor do they throw in the extra pair of laces. Apparently we are now in the paymore get less To make somebody else Richer And people wonder why we are struggling in the United States With inflation

i was minding my own business shopping around this zumiez store when a rude and aggressive worker came up to me and my girlfriend and kicked us out because we were holding an item in our bag because our hands were full and also took a shirt out of my hands that i was planning on buying and told me that she didn’t want me buying that shirt. disappointed with the workers and will not be shopping here again.

I bought a $50 gift card at the Ridgedale location as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. Apparently when she was opening up gifts, she accidentally threw away the gift card, which was in an envelope. I had the receipt with all the appropriate identification numbers on it, so I called the store and spoke with the sales associate who had helped me purchase the gift card. She was very helpful but told me I needed to contact customer care. I then emailed customer care which did not get back to me even after I sent two emails. I called them after several days and was informed that their "policy" was that they could not do anything about it. I told them I had the receipt with all the identification numbers they would need to deactivate the card and issue another one. Apparently they were not interested in helping me. I then initiated a dispute for this charge on the credit card that I had purchased the gift card with. I was given immediate satisfaction by my credit card company. I gave my granddaughter the $50 in cash, and she informed me that even though she liked the Zumiez products, she would never purchase anything from this chain again. I did write a follow-up email to customer care telling them how very dissatisfied I was with their service and that they needed to modernize their "policy" on replacing gift cards that have been lost. I would have given this rating zero stars if I could have.

I've been standing in front of their door for 20 min. Its 10:20am, they say online they open at 10am. There is an employee in there and he has seen me, I just called to check when they open and the employee didn't even answer the phone.. if he would just let me know when they do open...

Staff at this location are super friendly. I obviously love skater style clothes for me and my fiancé. We spend too much money here. This location seems to keep new inventory in stock. Good skate shoe inventory.
