“It is rare when I give a review for a company I didn’t even buy from. We were looking for a pick up truck for our Mountain home that we are building in North Carolina. I found just the right truck at the dealership. I reached out and was called back by young men named Nathan. He did an excellent job and following up, and sending me videos, photos, went back the next morning to do a cold start video, and offered to do anything I needed. He was polite and kind and did an excellent job. My wife and I decided to wait until the house is complete to buy the truck , so I pivoted and traded my car for an SUV at a dealership closer to home. “I had an issue with a windshield install, and Monte Motor Sales has been incredibly kind and accommodating through the entire process. I’ve had a bit of a headache dealing with my insurance company through this process, but the gal at the front desk went above and beyond to reassure me that they’d do everything they could to take care of it.
When it came time for the replacement and install, the gentleman from the back shop was kind, detailed, and took the time to explain what was happening and how they were addressing the issue.
I’m very grateful to have a shop like this here in Montevideo. These are good, quality people who genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!”
