Great way to get in shape! I love cardio and was intimidated by weight lifting but Heather gives you great instruction and confidence that I now crave it as part of my weekly routine! Great cross fit mix you won't be bored!Just awesome!

At The Workroom, we will continually vary the workouts to make sure you are having fun, learning new things, and most importantly, challenging you every day.
