“My husband went and slaughtered a sheep for Eid Al Adha and they did the processing. They were very accommodating by letting my husband come 10 min before the appointment time to slaughter the animal himself. Everything was done almost perfectly and quickly. Masha'Allah! My only complaints are that the lamb shanks were cut up and the markers rubbed off. I would recommend using sticker labels w/permanent marker for the bags. The plastic bags were clean when given to us. Everything was divided well. But when the marker wore off before he got it home, it was hard to know what some things were. Also, I think if someone doesn't want to know the weight at the time of the sale, it would be good to give the weight afterward for dividing up the meat, as we have to divide it up equally for giving as gifts and to the poor. The heads were being thrown in a bin. It would be good to offer them as some people love heads and to not waste them. It would also be good to offer the wool if people want them for crafting (I wasn't there, so I don't know what happens to the heads and wool). Just a few ideas... my husband said everything was clean and the guys went above and beyond with helping cut /divide things as requested. The meat tasted amazing. I couldn't believe how great the liver was when having it this fresh! It's a huge difference in taste! We are extremely happy with our experience and the whole thing took about an hour. Great job!!!
