The service center was able to get my car fixed and did so very quickly! I really appreciated the timely communication from Kati to keep me informed on the progress. And the loaner vehicle was a new Chevy Malibu that was quite luxurious compared to my poor old car!

After a less than pleasant experience at a neighboring dealership, I came to Cornerstone and was eagerly and enthusiastically greeted by a salesman named Nick Bouri. He welcomed me in and went through what I was looking for. He went out of his way to take me on a test drive while they were closing. He also took me through what to look for in a vehicle and was honest about any blemishes. He was very thorough! After I found the car I’ve been looking for, he helped me through the trade in process and was willing to work with me on a fair price. Overall, Nick is very honest, humble, eager to please, a great conversationalist and everything you can ask for in a great salesman. I highly recommend Nick at Cornerstone!

If you are looking for a salesman who will treat you like a friend and put in the work to earn your business, ask for Connor Hacklander. I drove into the dealership on a day that was only 25 degrees. He came out when saw me and answered some questions about a truck I was interested in. The next day, that truck sold so he found me almost the exact same one and had it delivered to the dealership in Monticello so I could check it out. It was the perfect truck I was looking for. He spent 3 days texting and having phone calls with me to coordinate the sale. He is not a pushy salesman. He is a normal guy that just wants to help his customers find the vehicle they want. I sat and talked with him while the paperwork was drawn up and Connor is just an honest guy there to help his customers. It was so far from your typical “car salesman” experience. I enjoyed the conversation and felt very taken care of. Thanks a lot Connor for the help with my new truck and I hope your sales managers see your contribution to the reputation of the dealership.

I have always had good experiences with Cornerstone. Roy is always available to answer any questions I have and he is very prompt with responses via text or email. Thank you Roy and I look forward to upgrading our suburban in the future.

I worked in the auto industry for 13 years. This is the first time I've heard of a shop that won't install customer-provided tires (I can understand not installing customer-provided parts like a wheel bearing, tie-rod, etc. (or even unsafe/wrong size/mismatched tires)). My fiancé spent 3 grand on repairs for his truck here last month and was told they couldn't source the tires he wanted. So, he ordered the tires from Tirerack and in trying to make an appointment today to pay Cornerstone Chevrolet to mount and balance the tires, they say they won't. I am dumbfounded by this policy. Every other dealership and shop I've been to/worked with will install customer-provided tires. You charge a mount and balance for four tires, disposal and shop supplies. Pretty simple. We will not be back to Cornerstone Chevrolet for service with policies in place like this (especially when you can't or won't source the tires the customer wants).

Test drove 2 vehicles on Friday. Came back on Saturday to show the wife, test drive the vehicle again and talk financing. While we were out, our representative said when we got back he'd show us under the hood and answer any other questions. When we got back he was out with another potential buyer (found that out later). We waited for 10 minutes. 4 employees sat behind the main desk appearing to do very little. The communication lacked. If you are going to take someone else out, maybe let another rep/Manager know to watch out for the customer coming back who wants to buy the vehicle.Returned the key to the desk and asked where our rep was. Found out he took someone else on a test drive. That's when it was "anything we can do?" At that point it's a little too late. I don't need excuses about short staff when clearly there were employees who could have done something. Who let's customers just stand there waiting and wondering?I don't want to hear about short staff, everyone is short staff right now. You had 4 people just sitting behind the desk available to help/entertain until they came back or take over the sale.Very disappointed.

The truck never ran correctly when we picked it up. We checked the oil and it still looks old like it was never changed. The lights we paid to have fixed are not fixed still having issues. The truck broke down on Sunday 3 days after it was at your facility and needed to be repaired at another dealer. The oil pressure is still not correct so the other dealer will look into that. This is the 3rd time we have had issues with your dealership. We won’t be back and will also let others know not to go there for work. Very disappointed!!!!

Cornerstone Chevrolet is a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships like Morrie's Ford in Buffalo. Their honesty and great prices truly set them apart. It's such a relief to find a dealership that doesn't try to rip you off. Cornerstone Chevrolet is a pleasure to work with, and they take excellent care of your vehicle. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service. ?????

I went in there to buy a used Chevy bolt, never haggled about price or anything. I was told by my salesperson that the car had new tire and brakes. Which looking upon further inspection,it did not. I asked my sales person what happened with that? She went to Marty and asked why it didn’t? Then Marty came up to me and explained in great detail that my trade-in was not worth what I said it was? That wasn’t even the question the question was you told me that the vehicle had new brakes and brand new tires and that’s worth a certain dollar amount in my mind. But Marty explain to me that he’s been doing this for 40 years almost as long as I’ve been alive? I’m not quite sure what that has to do with a value of a mistake that was made but he said we can just agree to disagree. I’m sorry but not training employees or taking ownership of a mistake that somebody in your department made? It’s not very professional on my mind. I’m sorry Marty I don’t care how long you’ve been doing something you have to own up to your mistakes and saying that you were doing something for a long time almost as long as I’ve been alive makes me sound like you’re saying that you’re smarter than I am! Which actually has nothing to do with it. So then I went into the finance office after waiting almost 2 hours she explain to me the differences of warrantees, and all that fun stuff which is great. I was told a certain estimate of what my monthly payment would be. I still had a sour taste in my mouth about what Marty said to me explaining to me. I guess the basic point I’m trying to make is that if somebody under your supervisory decision makes a mistake under your watch? You should own up to it and apologize for it not explain, but you’re somehow better than I am? I left with my trade in,drive home sadly without a new vehicle. And sadly feeling belittled by a Sales Manager with 40 years experience, named Marty. I was excited, for a new EV,and not pleased with cornerstone’s code of conduct for treating customers. But wait I was contacted by the GM ,he was very professional, and very polite and apologized for what happened in my original transaction. I went there again giving them a second chance because everybody deserves one I went home with a great ?? car. Thanks to Amy. Who is an awesome awesome salesman or maybe I should say person anyways she was great. I would definitely do business with these guys as even if they make mistakes that meant to them and make the correct steps to eventually get what you want and that’s a vehicle that fits you and your family. Thank you again God bless.

Update 8/22/23 - sent an email follow up to Marty Kane's voicemail to this review as it was outside of business hours on 8/16/23 and haven't heard back yet.Okay dealership unless you're buying anything but a Chevrolet. Don't bother with an extended warranty because if it's not for a Chevy, they send it out and you pay the higher deductible on an already ridiculous warranty cost. I was never told this when I bought the car and warranty that they don't repair anything covered by warranty themselves as their techs are only for Chevy vehicles but they sell various makes. Jefferson was the best salesman though and when the car was leaking oil within the first 200 miles, he was prompt to get service dept on it with visible oil on the service floor.

We had oil change done, so didn’t really use any other services. But we were able to get right in. My husband has illness, so asked service department to use gloves and wipe off any surface they touched during service. They were very accommodating and pleasant!

Our salesperson Amy was amazing, she sat down with us when I flat out told her, this is what I want to spend, thats it , so find me a car. Boom, she pulled a bunch up in the range for my daughter to look at.She was so nice to us in getting to view the cars in the range we wanted, and was able to figure everything out within minutes of finally picking a car that my daughter was happy with. She is new to cornerstone, but you think she has been there for years!Thank you to Amy and the financial lady that got us in and out, in a record time with the car!God Bless, I highly recommend you go see AMY!!!! Tell her I sent you!

We had a great buying experience with Cornerstone. Darrin was awesome to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and dedicated to you through the sales process, before and after. Once we honed in our vehicle options, he had all 3 cleaned, lined up, and ready to test drive. We would definitely recommend working with Darrin and return to work with him for future purchases.
