Would not recommend this pharmacy. Had my husband pick up my prescription and they filled 2 of the same type of thing, did not explain it to him, and would not let us return it (medical devices).

Although I've only visited this pharmacy a couple times after moving to the area, the staff are helpful and down to earth. I appreciate their patience.

We've been using CVS in Target since we moved to Monticello in March 2022. We've always been warmly greeted and helped in the best way imaginable. Today, I asked about a refill that I hadn't called in; I was not very clear in my request (tongue-tied) and the lady was just so agreeable - looked it up and said it could be ready in 10 minutes. I asked about a pneumonia shot -- no waiting! I grabbed my husband and we got our shots; the pharmacist was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great "bedside manner." The shots were done, and I was notified that the prescription was ready -- just an extremely POSITIVE experience!!

I love all the people that work there. Dave in particular is always fun to talk to, remembers me, and is helpful. Another couple women are great, unfortunately don't remember their names. Will ask next time!! I got a flu shot and Covid vaccine there and the man pharmacist is really nice and always helpful.

Three times in 3 days they told my wife her medication would be ready. But it “still” isn’t ready…And it’s supposed to last a month and a half, but they only have a “week’s” supply. Time to find a different pharmacy, this place is trash.

While I got fairly good service at the counter, I am irate that they have automatically refilled several prescriptions without my authorization. This is not my regular pharmacy, and when I needed to get a refill it was already claimed by this pharmacy leading to delays and frustrations. My wife is having a similar problem. It is shamefully unscrupulous to do this to people.

Attempted to transfer a prescription here and was told it would be ready the next day. Did not hear anything and was out of my medication. I went in to check the status and my prescription had been put on hold but I had not received any communication on the matter, which is not CVS standard practice according to another CVS Tech. Tech informed me that it was due to insurance (my old insurance doesn't contract with CVS) but never asked for updated insurance or if I would like to fill my prescription and pay out of pocket. This all happened while I was experiencing withdrawal symptoms from my medication due to not having it. Terrible customer service and clearly customers well being is not actually a priority to this particular locations staff.

Still waiting on a refund from april of $11.53ish. Also worthless text messages when saying med is ready but yet they restock it, than say it will be ready one day and the next its cancelled. Really fun when its been a med ivw taken since 2007 and they want to screw around with it.

Always great service at this pharmacy!Went in today to refill a inhaler which I misplaced, and the gentleman behind the to counter went the extra mile and contacted my insurance to get it refilled ahead of schedule!Thanks again, you guys are the best!!

Have mixed feelings about CVS in general. I lived in st michael used the one there..customer service was horrible for many years..then it slowly improved. Then moved to clearwater and I work in Monticello so I was forced to use cvs in monti target. They didnt do the transfer correctly..it took two times to get it everything correct. They filled in st michael so I had drive all the way back there..total hassle as my schedule is tight.

Completely satisfied with this CVS, been going to it for a long time. I thought I would try a different pharmacy in town when Target switched to CVS, but quickly moved back after the other pharmacy didn't perform satisfactorily.

They gave my son the wrong prescription, and now they are telling me they don't take my insurance and haven't for atleast 10 years, which I know isn't true because I've been using this CVS for 2 years. We will never be going to this CVS again, and will be warning everyone about the dangerous practices and poor customer service.
