to the person who was working checkout on 6/25 around 4pm and had to deal with that crusty old white woman being an absolute karen about the updated checkout policy: you handled that situation perfectly and people like that don't have anything going for them so they just complain about the smallest things and claim to be TARGETED??? like girliepop you are a pile of dust, no way this poor worker thought you were tryna steal. this woman's just trying to make her life more interesting and i'm sorry you and your manager had to deal with her. hopefully she never comes back ✨

Placed online order for pickup. Said ready. Went to pick it up and hadn't been started yet. Manager asked if I wanted to come back or go around and grab the items myself. They then tried to charge me a 2nd time for the items that were already paid for.

The staff was actually amazing when I was there. The cashier was very helpful and the spring selection of things was impressive for a five below. The best part was how the staff handled a group of loud teenagers that were causing chaos. The staff spoke to them professionally and handled the situation quickly. I was very impressed by my visit.
