I recently purchased a CharBroil infrared grill. The salesperson was very helpful and answered my questions. The ad I was seeing online for this actually had the price from the previous week but he honored the price. I was very grateful. I also spent a small fortune on hanging and potted plants of which some were on sale. The person I was dealing with gave me some advice on the care of the flowers I was not very familiar with, which also was appreciated. Besides that, a young man helped me load my car. I've been back since and I am very satisfied with the customer service they provide.

I wish all the maskers would stop whining and relax. The mask don't do any good anyway. Trump 24

Today, I was given the greatest customer service by the lady manager on day shift today. She was kind, trusting, efficient and so very helpful. I will continue to shop here!!

Half the pumps don't even have the proper pressure and 9 times out of 10 the car wash is broken or only one available.

Went to Monticello Fleet Farm Sunday afternoon 3/28 and it was super busy. Nearly half of the customers didn't even bother to bring a mask, much less wear one. Normally we just get as far away as possible from the no - maskers but it was impossible this time, they were everywhere. Really wish Fleet Farm would enforce masks as store policy. Will seek out other options for buying pet supplies.

Good place to stop for gas. Small store on site, no e85 so I gave 4 stars. Also a place where customers are not masked Even though Minnesota requires them. The only place I encountered unmasked customers in MN was here. I felt sorry for the clerk.

I do not understand why the three car wash bays are not operating much of the time. The equipment must break down often. Frustrating

Went in for Black Friday specials. Products were not marked well so it was a guess if it was the right product because several similar items were around specials. Felt like a bait and switch situation! There was a lack of help to clarify pricing and find products. What help I did find was not well informed. Would suggest better training. Got to the check out and lines were long, which I expected, but then associate that was there to help direct traffic sent me to a different line, telling me it would be quicker. I should have known better because it took much longer than if I had stayed! Then checking out was a nightmare! Prices didn't come up as advertised. Getting it straighten out wasn't efficient. Other retailers are much more efficient at dealing with this type of issue. Really got the feeling that Mills was using "bait and switch" techniques. I have shopped Mills for years at other locations and never had these issues. Monticello location is off my list, there are other options close by.

Been shopping here since it opened. Road construction now makes a person have to go way around to get to business. Got about a dozen solar lights this past week with some 60% off. Great selection of them. Great NEW store, and I watch their ads for items needed. I go there once a month for sale items.

I don't mind Fleet Farm. It's pretty comparable to Menards and Home Depot. I've always had fair customer service at this location and the layout is pretty easy to figure out. There's no store decor, so it gives you a very warehouse type feel and could use some updating by the registers. Overall I can't complain. On a scale of Tractor Supply to Cabelas, it sits in the middle.
