“I'm here for a wedding. Traffic was awful so I was in a mood when I arrived. The person at the front desk was amazing. There was an issue w my door and upon return from rehearsal, it was fixed. She has addressed me by my 1st name w each passing and her smile and candor is genuine.
Love the 20' from door smoking policy!!! Nothing worse than walking through an ashtray cloud at a hotel entrance.
My room is clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom had an amazing updated shower head and accommodation!
The only disappointment was that there isn't a closet. So...I'll definitely be back.
Give your manager a raise, please. She's awesome. Thank you for not price gouging. This was affordable and exceeded my expectations.
She turned my traffic frown upside down.”
“I stayed here recently while traveling to Minneapolis. Affordable, clean room, nice pool, and a good breakfast area with plenty of seating, and a short drive to Minneapolis. I booked through the TikTok go program.”
“It seems like just 5 years ago when I started criss crossing the country, a motel like this was under $50 a night. Things have certainly changed and now it's more like $80/night but I don't think this place deserves the hate it gets. This place had everything I needed for a quick break while road tripping:
-Small fridge (with small freezer) to store my cooler items
-Ice machine to refill my cooler in the morning
-Clean comfy bed
-Pet friendly ($25 fee, can't believe how many places flat out refuse small dogs or charge $50+ fees now)
-Breakfast (very minimal selection but appreciated)
It's an older motel and it shows, at the bare minimum price though, it didn't take away from me getting rest. The lady at the front was very friendly and accommodating. The other guests did not seem shady and were not loud, and I felt like my car was safe at night parked by the road under the streetlight. If you're looking for a super renovated, pristine hotel room with all the frills you probably should look at a higher price range, this did the job for just getting rest for the night.”
