“This review is specifically for Olivia, James, Jesse and Nicole. I'm in this branch almost every morning to make deposits for the salon that I manage, when I'm there I have inquired about my own personal finances as well. They have always taken the extra time to help me and are always happy to see me, as am I with them! Always efficient, always polite and courteous. I give THEM 5 stars. However, today I was in this branch and "Yuni" for lack of any other information I think she is Hispanic (not that it matters because it doesn't) was very rude. I've had her before and thought maybe she's just having a bad day but it's not just that. It's every time I see her. She talks over me when I'm trying to explain what I want to do. Or if I couldn't understand what she said, like today, she got huffy and started talking at an unnecessary volume as if I was hard of hearing. She gives me the impression that she doesn't like helping people, and next time I will wait in line before having to deal with her negative attitude again. Yuni gets ONE star.”

“We had our auto insurance with Ameriprise and somewhere during the course of our conversations with them. They mentioned Financial planning etc. My husband and I got hooked up with Luke and it was the best thing ever! My husband had resigned his job with Chase Bank and just left his retirement with them! We called Luke and said we wanted to come back. He welcomed us back with open arms. Within a few short months, with the same portfolio in the sense of how it was listed as moderate. It started growing once again. While Luke isn't God and he never proclaimed to be. This is the guy you want handling your portfolio. We'd do it again in a heartbeat with Luke! He is a genuinely good guy!”
