Best nail salon ever! Always easy to get in, always a pleasant greeting and smile and always just the way I prefer my nails to be done. Very neat and tidy and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

If you’re in a pinch like we were, it works but I’m not impressed with the results of mine or my daughter’s nails. Air bubbles in gel and messy edges.

I was very disappointed with my service. I got gel polish on my fingers because was recommended by them but they reduced the size of my natural beautiful nails so much that they all ended up breaking and causing me pain. Terrible experience.

I love this place! They are so attentive and kind. They do such a great job on my nails and make sure I’m satisfied with the work before they even put the polish on. It’s never overly crowded or loud and is quite relaxing.

I never post bad reviews but this place is ridiculous, beware of this salon and go elsewhere. My usual nail tech was on vacation so instead of driving 30 minutes to my usual salon, I opted to go to Lovely Nails because I had been there years ago and my mom frequents this salon. I got their top gel pedi, priced at $78. When the tech removed my old gel polish, he took the drill to it and literally burned my nails off both big toes. It got very hot and painful. My usual place soaks the polish off and LIGHTLY uses the drill. So it's no surprise when he applied the gel polish on top, I'm now left with a bumpy look on both toes because he completely destroyed my nail bed base underneath. It's been 24 hours, and now both big toes are very painful, which is no surprise considering what was done. When I got home, I realized I still had rough patches and calluses on my feet, which I used my callus remover tool to take care of myself. VERY dissapointed in this service. To top it off, my credit card was charged $81.12, NOT $78. I called and spoke to the manager to share my dissapointing experience and to ask about the charge. He told me it was a credit card service fee and that they have signs posted. This is not correct. Their posted signs say "4% cash discount on service" (or whatever percent, I don't exactly remember) - which is VERY different than charging a fee for NOT using cash. When I paid, I told the person who checked me out that I had card and was tipping in cash. She said $78, I handed her my card, the cash tip, and she gave me my card back and I left. I didn't sign anything and there was no receipt. I guess I should have asked for one. The manager refused to refund the fee. When I shared my poor experience, he told me to come back and he'd fix it. I explained there is nothing to fix, my nails were damaged and it's unfortunate. He said they have a no refund policy. I told him that's fine and well, but as manager and owner, he could do the right thing and refund me. And he literally told me I should have asked the tech to remove my calluses. Are you serious? I wasn't paying attention because I didn't think I needed to micromanage a pedi, let alone tell someone how to do their job. And I've never had to "check their work" before leaving. Absolutely ridiculous that the basic removing of dead skin off feet during a pedicure is something I'm supposed to request when I am getting their "top teir" pedi? I left it at a refund is what would be the right thing to do, and that it is inconvenient for me with 2 small children to drive there 20 minutes out of my way to show them something that can't be repaired, and that their signs need to be re-worded to say they will charge an additional credit card processing fee and to train their tech who worked on me not to grind people's nail beds off. I thanked him for his time and he hung up on me. Awesome. I will never go here again and you shouldn't either. Horrible service and horrible management. My mom, who was a frequent customer monthly will no longer support this shady business either.
