Katie and the team at MN Nice Home Buyers made the entire process incredibly easy and professional. I chose this route for the convenience, and after adding up what I would have spent on commissions, prep work, and the hassle of showings, this was absolutely the best decision for me. Uhaul systems went down so our movers were late on closing day. Mn NICE home buyers refused to let them in and said EVERYTHING is now theirs, including my elderlys mother's credit cards, $, birth cert...... EVERYTHING!!! Theyre threatening us with lawsuits for going back for my sisters ashes, a credit card and our cat. They finally agreed to let movers only come for 1 hour but by then they already took over $2000 in computer equipment, multiple flat screen tvs, and the $700 cash we left for movers. According to police what they did was legal just morally wrong. Highly suggest using a company with better morals than Mn NICE homebuyers

I cannot say enough about MN Nice Home Buyers. They were fantastic from the beginning to the end on selling my dad's property. Travis the owner came out and met with me and my husband on a Thursday and came back with an offer on Monday. His team worked with me and my dad for all details that were needed to close. It was smooth from beginning to the closing date. I would highly recommend using MN Nice Home Buyers to sell your home.

I had thought of selling my condo rather quickly and contacted several companies that buy your place for cash, no questions asked albeit for less than you would probably get on the open market but without the waiting. The offers I received seemed low to me and when I expressed that thought to Katie Erickson of MNNice she took the time to thoroughly explain how the process works and the reasons for these lower offers. Though we did not do business (I decided to stay put) my impression of Katie was one of integrity.

We were pleased with our experience with MN Nice Home Buyers! 🙂 We never thought we would sell a home other than the traditional route.🤔 Life circumstances dictated otherwise. We needed to move quickly and were able to sell our home to MN Nice Home Buyers quickly. 🙏 We understood the compromise we were making, deciding to put piece of mind and no stress above large profit. Katie was kind to us and worked with us and the buyer to come to an agreeable sale price. The process was easy. We chose our closing date. There were no showings, no inspections. Everyone we dealt with responded to our calls or emails. Everyone who we met with in person from MN Nice Home Buyers was polite, professional and easy to talk to. It was a big help to not have to clean or repair anything. It was a big stress relief to be able to leave any unwanted furniture, clothes, personal effects behind, instead of calling a third removal company. AND within 1 hour of closing the cash was deposited in our account! If you need every penny of profit, this may not be the choice for you. BUT if you are able to move on to the next chapter of life with less on your plate MN Nice Home Buyers is a great option.

MM Nice Home Buyers was great to work with. The were so nice from the offer on the house right up to the last day we stayed in it. We ran into personal problems and had to change the date and they were so very flexible. They helped us get into our dream which was living in a fifth wheel permanently. Thank you so much. This was truly a Great experience for me from start to finish! I had every defense up from the very start to the very end. However from the first phone call I made to the time I turned in my keys, everything they said was true!! This could Not have gone any Easier! This MN Nice is truly exceptional.
