They are very over priced and the vets needed to consult specialist. I did not have confidence in my vet Dr. They also pushed expensive labs that were not necessary and tried to convince me I needed a 3k cat scan that was not needed. They put my pet on medication that made him worse and put a diet he was having allergic reactions to. After several more labs and several specialist. I found out by Google what was wrong with my pet and discovered I wasted thousands of dollars for a simple fix. So I strongly suggest getting a second opinion before forking out $$$$ to this pet clinic. However staff was very nice. Place looks very nice but the Dr's need more experience and training.

Highly recommended, the past 2 months we have had to put down 2 of our beloved dogs and they were quick to get us in when we knew something was wrong. They truly are amazing and care about their patients. Bella & Hunter were lucky to have a vet that cared.

Waited almost 2 days for doctor to get back to us. Dog came in with vomit/ diarrhea. Doc ran an expensive chem panel...sent out a parasite test...5 days later finally gave poor dog an antibiotic which cured dog in 24 hours. Shouldn't that have been the first move ?

The pet hospital is awesome! We are first-time dog owners, and they answered every question without making us feel inadequate. The Dr. and everyone on the staff is great. highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful. The care they provided for our English bulldog, Miller was excellent. Being new to the area, we didn’t have a local place and did some quick research. Glad we chose this place. 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

Most of the staff are great. I have had one vet who acts as if I am stupid. The prices have gone up a lot since 3 years ago.

It was a very good experience for our little puppies. They treated both dogs and us very respectfully and provided all answers to our questions. The staff was friendly, and even though it was the end of the day on a Friday, they didn't rush at any time.

Impeccable service from the moment you call in to set an appointment through the entire process. The staff is so welcoming and customer centric when you walk in to door to check in.Great communication from the vet technicians and vets, as I've worked with Dr. Jacobson and Dr. Galler for our three dogs. But most importantly, the care and compassion the entire staff has with your beloved pets! I wouldn't bring my pets to any other place.

We have been bringing ou pets here for 20 years. Thank you David Dols for your referral. We have had the best experience with putting our babies down. We also have experienced wonderful care of our pups. Preventative care has been amazing. I gave 4 stars because we had our 10 yo lab/pit in for hematoma of the ear and he had surgery. The doctor did not stitch his inner ear due to stitches on the outer ear. With that said could have stitched it but said sometimes it heals. Ummm yeah if he was not 10. I feel like we were set up to pay extra. With that said the staff are amazing and my boys are always treated very well.

"I would rate less then one star if I could for Dr. Kelsey Johnson."I switch over to Monticello Pet Hospital from Saint Michael. The first few visits my pets and I were taking care of. It all started with my dog almost dying. They had me lower my dogs insulin to 10 units. Which my dogs sugars went over 500. I did 2 insulin curves and sugars were still high 400's - 500's after they told me to only go to 12 units of insulin. after a coupe of months and 4 more insulin curves, I got her sugars down to mid 200's with a 25 units of insulin. I go in and get all 3 of my dogs rabies shots and was asked to do another curve. Now insulin and testing and vet bills add up fast. Now I called this week and gave the numbers for the curve and they only moved around 40-50 up and down and was told they should move more. This is where I lost it! I was told to come in and get more test done that would cost me another $370 or they would have to have a waiver and would cancel my dogs prescription for insulin. The doctor was very unprofessional. The doctor had no CLUE what she was talking about and I told her I didn't want to have test done and then you tell me that you found nothing and want more test done. after a long call, I came in the next morning and got the blood work done, even though I didn't have the money to do so. So, here it is two days later I get a call from the same doctor telling me that she might have a UTI or something wrong with her kidneys because her urine was not hard enough. I bought up that I told my wife about this and she told me they just want more money don't do it, but I did. Now, the doctor is wanting to get more tests and only has about 20% hint of what could be wrong and wants HUNDREDS of more dollars to do more test. I told I said the other day that I don't want to do test and you tell me nothing came of it. At this point the doctor know I'm out of money for them and starts talking about killing my dog or giving her away, like you would a used dish! I pointed out what she said the other day and what she said today, after finding I have no more money to give her. Her finial words were I will send you, your records, I don't think we are a good fit for you. The whole time she trying to tell me she looking out for my dog, but she is really only looking for the next dollar... To warp this up, if you have unlimited money to blow, this is the place for you. If you want someone to put your animal first and not money, DON'T GO HERE!!! Seriously, who recommends that you put your dog down for diabetes been in the mid 200's and because you don't have enough money to do more test that might not show a different?

Best vet we have ever been to. Made my dog very comfortable and not anxious! Makes us pet parents at ease too!
