I have never left a complaint on any website about any business, but feel I have to warn buyers who are considering buying from Ninety-Four Services! We bought a truck from Joe at Ninety Four Services, Inc, and we were told that it was a clean title truck. We were scammed by this dealership! We were misled--extremely--on what he first called some front end damage. The pictures that were posted were hiding where some real damage was.We are 500 miles away from this dealership. After discussing the price, he threw in, "And we will bring it to you. . . " And now we know why he was so eager to get rid of this truck! Even though Minnesota re-titled this truck with no words "Salvage" or "Prior Salvage", Joe knew this truck was a Prior Salvage truck when they bought it out of Texas! But told us it was a 'clean' title truck! The frame/chassis was bent (we have photos!), the body work up by the driver door was shoddy, and there was a serious gap between the driver door and door post, letting a boatload of wind scream in, when going down the highway--this dealership is anything but honest! We have 20 emails going back and forth with Joe, and never once did he deny that the former title of this truck (when they got it from Copart, an International Salvage dealer, but he did not tell us this until way after the sale to us!), said "Prior Salvage". We have politely asked for a refund, and they have refused! We must now pursue with the Attorney General's office, and the Vehicle Crimes Unit in the Dealer Services Dept. of Minnesota.
