“I just want to shout out Sarah Jo & Jesse for their excellent service and kindness. I was out of my dry dog food (the only one my dog can eat) and there were no more bags on the shelf. When I asked if they had anymore in the back, Sarah Jo messaged Jesse and asked. Yes! There were some that had been just delivered that day ~ Jesse dug it out for us. Sarah Jo also helped me so kindly with the Pet SmartApp. Together they helped us so much! I cannot thank you enough! Very kind and hardworking! 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I felt I received very good service for my cats. They had 2 cats to a condo, which I liked. They were very helpful when I picked the kitties up. I was a day late getting home from a trip and ruffin inn was good to have my cats for an extra day. Good job!”

“The best biothane leashes and collars I've ever used. Thick enough so they can't be broken by chewing and colors are fantastic. They are a little heavy so maybe not for your toy breeds, but my 12 pound small dog handles it fine.”

“Fabulous deli pre-made dinners, sides and desserts. Super great for us seniors. While there to get those items, I do the rest of my shopping and love the gas rewards items also. All around great store and glad they came back to Buffalo. I truly missed them when they left from the downtown area. I have not seen the Al Capone roast for some time and look for it every time I pass the meat dept. 5 *'s from me.”
