One of the worst small banks I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I have preferred small banks and credit unions my entire adult life. This bank is horrible. When they make errors, they still find ways of putting the blame on their clients. I had my account set, with a contract stating I did not want my account to ever be allowed to go negative. Not only did they let it go negative, they then proceeded to cancel my card for the account, because it went negative, and did not reinstate it. I have had tons of problems depositing checks unless it was another client of theirs. They also refused to deposit a check because my wife's name was on it and we don't have a joint account. Like at all, and we know we are not the only married couple that does this. They also said they could but we're choosing not to. This was a formal, printed check, from a corporate office which is about the most trusted type of check you can get. I would avoid this bank at all costs, or it will cost you more. They are either picky, incompetent or racist as my wife is black and since they said they could but we're choosing not to, makes me wonder.

Drive thru has zero people skills. Zero customer service for a business owner to make end of day transactions. I would rather drain their atm every rainy day than bank here

Great customer service. Always greeted with a smile. It's really nice to be in a place where I was not judged for my appearance. They took their time to know me and help me with my account. Very happy here.
