Bill ended up being like $40 more than they told me with my new plan. They refused to let me talk to a manager or get someone's from corporates number. They told me my new pad would be free but it's 25 bucks a month

This company clearly don't care about their customers... 22 years I've been with this T-Mobile.. Iiv gone to Verizon way better package, And I can talk internationally. T-Mobile's insurance is a joke though give you a used old phone for your $1000 phone say it's better. And people in the store they can't help you with anything know what technical stuff and often all they can do is activate phones and that's all they're paid to do ,,no thanks I'll go somewhere else

Staff seemed very knowledgeable about phones. I'm sure that they know a lot of others. Things also they were very helpful. Only complaint was, it was very dirty.

Staff used to be so much more knowledgeable at Monticello location. I was just in the store and the person couldn't even tell me how much my card was going to be charged that day for the new device, we left not knowing. The 2 working kept telling me what we could do, I'd question them to make them go look at my account then they would tell me no, that won't work.... At least 3 times. I'd recommend a different location if you need to go to a store, which is too bad... This is so much closer.

Cameron was the associate helping me this am when i came in. I had dropped my phone in liquid this am and the media sound was no longer working. Cameran was fantastic, and brought his manager trevor in at some point to troubleshoot. They then looked into my account thoroughly and determined i was eligible for a free phone, as well as a new plan that saves me $1 a month but adds insurance for my 2 phones. They has great suggestions for a new screen protector and otter case, so i purchased those. and after asking about their wi fi internet, i am trialing it to see if it works compared to spectrum, which i pay way too much for. Was there waiting for help about 20 minutes and finally just walked out the door and good service at all the manager stated to worker's going to take my lunch break while the store had 5 people waiting for help...I know people have lunch breaks but maybe clear out the store and she came out acouple of times and still no help , I just think management could improve to make the customers want to come back cause I will find a different store that may care about customers..

We went in to add a new line to our plan and possibly upgrade our phones. Kylie greeted us as we entered and let us know that it might be a bit as they were busy. When it was our turn she helped us find what premotions they had that worked with our plan and our needs. She was courteous and fun.

I visited this location after a terrible experience in Buffalo, MN. I have the galaxy flip4 phone and the open/close got stuck and would not open all the way. The rep in Buffalo was going to help me do a warranty exchange until he pulled my phone screen open and caused screen damage. It no longer qualified after the rep damaged my phone. Customer care was also no help and could only suggest contacting the regional manager. The Buffalo location would not give us this regional managers phone number. I walked into the Monticello location and 2 awesome reps were working, Faith and Lucas. They found a way to help me by adding lines. I ended up being able to replace my phone with $800 off, my husband got a new phone for free and we purchased a watch along with a router and some accessories because they were so helpful! We will never visit another location other than this one! Thank you, Faith and Lucas! ?

Beware of one or more employees there who offer "free" tablets, which you probably don't need or want. My "free" tablet from them jacked up my monthly rate by 20 bucks. Further, they don't stand behind defective phones they sell. I was told to call Motorola (which I already had and which was not helpful). Steer clear of this store!
