The trucks are located a long walk or short drive away from the office, with no one walking over with you to help attach the trailer or inspect the vehicle with you like real UHaul locations will do for you. No one checked to be sure the electrical cord could reach from the trailer to the truck (it did not). They had to run to the store to buy the part, only to come back and take it off a nearby trailer, wasting 30 minutes. They "checked the lights" only to have me follow my husband out and notice the left bottom light was not working. He tried to say it was not a big deal since it was "only a running light" and then proceeded to cup his hands over it and claim there was a light (it might have been 5% lit, or it was the sun - impossible to tell). Yeah, try telling that to a cop after they pull you over for not having a light and you are taking out your microscope to show them there is 5% life, if any. After insisting we wouldn't drive away without a light, he managed to find a brand new one inside. The whole process took an hour and a half. Oh, and we did pre-check-in so it should have been 5 minutes.Don't be fooled by the fact they are an authorized dealer - they kept making excuses saying they just offer rentals and don't provide maintenance or deal with the trucks. If they are not going to take responsibility, they need to stop being a dealer!
