Opened an account with them, because I have heard good things. Unfortunately I can never get a hold of anyone over the phone which is totally ridiculous. Multiple times I have drove up and they have no one inside at the Monticello branch yet send me to voicemail or pick up and then hang up the phone. Never had a Bank do that before. I will be changing banks for sure.

Exceedingly poor service. Forces you to use the drive through banking only, and then only has one person working. Even when it’s a very slow middle of the day arrival you will be there at least 15-20 minutes stuck waiting for them to do, well, who knows.Do whatever you can to avoid this branch, and just don’t need to deposit cash ever.

30+ minutes in the drive thru. I used to love this bank. Ever since COVID practically every experience has sucked.

Waited almost 30 minutes to get a question answered on a check. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, then no one was attending so went inside, then was told that I needed to go back to the drive thru. Very poor communication and not welcoming at all

I work till 5 pm and by the time I get off there close. I can't even go on Saturday they don't open. I think it time to find a new bank

If they are open make sure you have plenty of time. I do all my banking online thankfully but sometimes you actually have to go in for something. Just like everyone else in there its usually not something simple you can do online so it takes forever with the one person actually working.

If you go here, pack a lunch. They have ONE service counter. They also do not answer the phone. The new re-model looks nice, but service is gone. It's hilarious they did a huge interior re-model and now nobody wants to go there.

Went to USbank ATM Monticello branch. I put my card in and then realized the screen was black which was strange because green light was on Screen stayed black andI never got my card back I was very disappointed I now call bank when they open and try to retrieve it "Some company or Usbank themselves check their ATM'S every day and some check theirs once a week FYI

Don’t have any tellers in the bank anymore, have to use a machine to do the transactions, or go through the drive through, which is not possible with a trailer. Will have to make time now for the huge hassle of switching banks. Hopefully the next one is actually a bank and not a Verizon store that is open for 6 hours a day, with a robot teller

The lobby was closed for more than a year due to COVID and remodeling. Went today to set up a checking account for my son only to find out that they are no longer open (lobby and drive-thru) on Saturdays, effective TODAY (August 7). Just another reason why it's time to find a new bank.
