An employee tried steeling my device while I was doing an early upgrade This error resulted in many phone calls to customer care and an $800 cell bill. I won’t return.

I met with Dylan this morning explained to him what the problem was with my wife’s phone because it was an old phone we talked about upgrading, which I was totally fine with. I explained that I didn’t want any extra frills get us the best plan with the most promotions possible. We talked about a few other things upgrading a couple other phones, as well as changing the plan on a couple of lines that had extra promotions. I appreciate it his straightforward info. Everything went according to what we talked about. The phone was upgraded along with everything that was copied from the old phone , I appreciated his straightforward presentation and honesty. He did an excellent job and I appreciate that as a Verizon customer.

Went into Verizon to get a new Apple Watch at like 5:30pm. I was greeted by Austin right away! I think is nickname is Peach? I told him what I was looking for and started throwing together promos for me and side by side bill comparisons so we could break it down together. He said he is relatively new, actually in his first week on his own, but I could hardly tell! He double checked a couple things with another employee but he nailed it. Upgraded me to a better plan to utilize the apps and streaming services under a bundle to save me a few bucks and get me more storage. Even went through the differences in the watches with me on the Apple comparison website. The watch took a long time to charge and start updating, but he made excellent conversation the entire time, so I wasn’t even paying attention to how long it was taking for it to charge ? He did a fantastic job!! He was suppose to be off at 6pm but stayed until almost 7pm…. During a snow storm even….. to make sure I was good to go!! Hands down, one of my best experiences at Verizon!!!

We've always had a great experience here! Especially to Darrin for helping us. We went in to add a line for our son, he found us a great deal to add the extra line and upgrade our phones! Darrin went out of his way to help us and even stayed a little late to make sure everything transferred smoothly! It can be a little busy there at times but it is no doubt because they know to treat their customers! Thank you!
