Go any where else. They never seem to have the meds in stock and have a very who cares attitude. We once waited three days for a common med which another pharmacy had, " plenty of as it is a common request.:

We went to this Walgreens to buy a few items on Easter. The staff at this store followed us around the entire time and stood behind us at check out. They treat paying customers like thieves. Do not shop at this location. Go to one of the many other pharmacies in the area.

Pharmacy is TERRIBLE. Slow. Always a long line. There have been multiple times that my clinic sends over a prescription before my appointment is even over and by the time I get to Walgreens to pick it up, it's not ready. I think 1/2 hour or more is plenty of time to get a prescription filled. I've been told to switch to CVS in Target - however, I now get most of my prescriptions from Express Scripts, so I don't have to go anywhere!

Their time management is abysmal. Their customer service is nonexistent. They are disorganized and largely a useless company. They can't even keep regularly needed prescription seizure meds for my epileptic child. They always somehow forget to order it. Save your time and go to Cub or Target pharmacies.

So I'm getting a prescription for my daughter and the lady said it will be ready in 30 minutes come back in 30 minutes and they don't even have they wasted my time that I can't even get back like I could be doing other things like sitting at home with my wife and daughter but no come back in 30 minutes thats alot for wasting my time

After having a bad experience at the buffalo Walgreens a few too many times, I decided to go here. Staff were extremely kind, patient, willing to explain things.If you need a Walgreens to go to in the area, make sure you stop at this location.

I am transferring all of my mother's prescription from this hole. I got a call saying her prescription was ready then waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes for them to tell me it was still on their truck. Next time, I waited in the store for an hour because they had the people getting the Covid-19 and filling out fifteeen minutes worth of paperwork in the same line as people picking up prescriptions. My mother needed a prescription refilled yesterday. We found out the pharmacy closed at 4pm because there was no pharmacist on duty. Today, My husband was told thethe prescription would be ready in 1 hour and three hours later it was finally ready. I don't know how they manage to stay in business

The store is kept okay, thats the only reason it gets a star from me. Otherwise I wouldn't because if you call in to order medication they will put you on hold for way too long! Ive sat and waiting over and hour to speak with staff just for five minutes. Such a waste of time

I don't even know where to begin with the incompetence of these employees, I guess my first clue should have been the overweight tech basically licking her Arby's milkshake cup dry. I will absolutely be making a corporate complaint against you. When I have to call the Sartell Walgreen's and ask them if they can give me the information and tell them how to bill insurance, there's a huge problem. I shouldn't be wasting my gas after I WAS RIGHT FROM THE JUMP and you have me calling my insurance companies, instead if you doing your job, having me try to get a prior authorization for an irrelevant insurance place and telling me I have prepaid Medicare, well duh, welcome to the United States where every two weeks we get a chunk of our checks taken for what they call Medicare. So infuriating to drive all the way there and the second I get home, my usual store had to tell call you to get it done. So four hours of my time wasted on this crO that I was right about

I do not use Walgreens pharmacy but the store cashiers have been friendly and Adam and Connie, two of the managers have always been nice and helpful, for the most part.There are a few rude employees that always seems bothered by pickup orders but my overall experience at this walgreens as far as the store goes has been good (again I have no experience with this pharmacy as Cub is beyond EXCELLENT).

I believe in grace during challenging and busy times and find no place for being rude to direct line staff, but clearly this Walgreen's location is struggling with more than just being busy when they are taking 10 minutes or longer on each customer in line while they are aimlessly rummaging through many boxes because they cannot find prescriptions. I spent almost an hour in line with only 6 people in front of me watching them searching for each person's prescriptions. It is time to transfer to another pharmacy until they are able to reorganize and get back on track.
