Now I see why you have a two star average...... thanks to your bank manager Kendall I'm giving a 1 star. I've been baking with Wells Fargo for 20+ years. I had hail damage on my roof, brought the check in cashed and put it in my account from my insurance company. The roofing company only takes checks so I asked for a check I was told is a $10 fee for a cashiers check. I explain to the lady I just need a basic counter check. The teller working with me said she'd have to ask the management if she can get that waved. I know it's only a dollar but it's principal..... The manager came up and immediately told me no we are doing you a service. That's why we charge for the checks.. I did get mad. I told her that's absolute bullshit. I've been a customer for 20 years. All I want is a counter check waved.... She said she's not gonna do it because of my attitude. Kendall. Should check her attitude. Well, I hope this one star review review helps her and her career.... A good manager would've just came and took care of it. Seeing that I've been a customer for 20+ years. I have my home mortgage, savings and , my Check. Including my daughters account with Wells Fargo. So I got all my money out went to a different bank and got a free check. I hope it's worth it for your manager to be so disrespectful.. That's really good training for your employees......

Last year i closed my account..... I had a lot of money in an account. One manager gave me a Free cashiers check and told me she would do it again if she was working. They normally charge a large amount for this. I was very happy. A few weeks later I asked for manager for a FREE cashiers check from manager. To my dismay this nice manager wasnt in and another manager that looked like her was working. I explained how i got a free cashiers check last time and whole story. She wouldnt give me a free check and stated to me 'I SHOULDNT EXPECT TO KEEP GETTING THINGS FREE' in a condescending voice. It was first time i asked for a FREE check. I wasnt going to pay for a CASHIERS CHECK when I get them free at TCF BANK. I then took my large amount of money and put it in my TCF BANK account. WELLS FARGO lost my account.

This review is specifically for Olivia, James, Jesse and Nicole. I'm in this branch almost every morning to make deposits for the salon that I manage, when I'm there I have inquired about my own personal finances as well. They have always taken the extra time to help me and are always happy to see me, as am I with them! Always efficient, always polite and courteous. I give THEM 5 stars. However, today I was in this branch and "Yuni" for lack of any other information I think she is Hispanic (not that it matters because it doesn't) was very rude. I've had her before and thought maybe she's just having a bad day but it's not just that. It's every time I see her. She talks over me when I'm trying to explain what I want to do. Or if I couldn't understand what she said, like today, she got huffy and started talking at an unnecessary volume as if I was hard of hearing. She gives me the impression that she doesn't like helping people, and next time I will wait in line before having to deal with her negative attitude again. Yuni gets ONE star.

The best bank I've ever dealt with! Friendly staff!! If you have any questions or problems, they go out of their way to help you. Easy online and mobile banking. Love the new mobile deposits. Fees for overdrafts are far less than my previous bank, PNC.
