Travis met me at the shop on a Sunday to give me my keys and car back. I was coming back from a ski trip and needed to drive back to Michigan for work on Monday. He responded promptly to my calls and texts and went out of his way to make my life easier. I'd recommend his shop to anyone who needs auto service in the Montrose area.

decent mechanic, terrible cars. stay away if your looking for a car, cheap or not. bought a vehicle and found out it had a blown head gasket and they used gasket sealer to cover it up, instead of being up front about it. They even told me after the fact it had a bad head gasket. and they “fixed it” with the gasket sealer, if i would have known that. i wouldn’t have paid 2500 for a POS. they told me no issues when i was looking at it

I bought a car from here recently and I got a great deal on it. Milhausen has been great to work with and I love the vehicle I purchased from here, it’s the best deal I think I’ve ever gotten on a car 👍 I would highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a used van from Milhausen’s and they were great to work with and Travis did go above and beyond! I also brought in a truck for a few repairs and he was able to squeeze us in on short notice and fixed everything correctly the first time. I highly recommend them if you need a used car or a vehicle repaired! Very honest as well, thank you, Travis!

I didn't end up buying a car there but they seemed like nice honest people, I would highly recommend going there with some mechanical knowledge or bringing someone who knows cars pretty well as it seems they don't look too far into any mechanical issues if they seem like they'll be expensive, overall good experience but would recommend inspecting any potential purchase throughly

The ad said "no mechanical issues"... So i asked him to check the timing belt. No one replaces a timing belt for $500 unless they are hiding something. But Travis did. After that I asked Travis (owner) inspect the tie rods.. "there's nothing wrong with them" he said. The dealership disagreed and showed me where the front tie rod end boots were torn and leaking grease. The vehicle also needed a right front axle replaced.
"No mechanical issues"... I WAS happy with this place, until I deduced that I was lied to.
I will be pursuing legal action for the misrepresentation of the condition of the vehicle.
