I’m a regular customer and today’s experience was awful. The man behind the counter was extremely rude. I asked for acrylic nails and toes — something I’ve had done here before — and he told me he would have to upcharge me. I’ve had this exact service here twice without any extra charge. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered rudeness here, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, today confirmed I won’t be returning to Allure.

I highly recommend the jelly pedicure! The two women who did mines and my sisters pedi's really took their time with the massage, nail prep and even applying the nail polish. We came in at 6:20 and left almost at 8. Other salons who have squeezed me in last minute, usually rush the entire process to get me out at closing. But not here. The women were also really friendly!

I got a manicure here for my wedding and though the result was pretty, I wasn’t completely satisfied with the quality or the service.
I showed the nail technician an inspiration picture, she did forget about a detail and when I reminded her about it, she told me I should’ve told her before hand (but it was already in the picture and I had made it clear it was what I wanted in the first place.)
It was disappointing because I had a vision and it didn’t really work out. I also paid more than I was hoping, My bridesmaids were also disappointed with the results, just poor quality and some of the technicians weren’t very kind to them.
In the end, it’s nails, it did not make or break the wedding day, but thought I’d let others know about my experience.

I've been coming here off and on for years and never had a bad experience. They do a good job and always get me in quickly. I've only had dip nails done so can't speak to other services.

Dont go here they don't know how to nails. The pregnant nail tech messed my nails up and they are rude.

I loved Allure Nails, they have excellent staff, a clean building, many color selections, an amazing spa and massages, and overall outstanding service! Definitely coming back!
