Store isn't open when is says it should be. Carts with boxes lining the aisles and making it very difficult to shop in the store.

I had the most horrific experience at the location I was racially profiled at this location. I came to the store and the cashier used a racial slur saying I am not your mammi you should put the items back on the shelf if I misplaced them. Then other associates asked me if there were items in my pocket and asked me to show what I had in my pocket. She said their policy said no backpacks which were not posted anywhere. And if I come to this store with my backpack, I was not welcome at the store no more. Remind everyone only had in my pocket was my house keys and phone. My back pack only has my personal computer I use for coupons and wallet id smh.

Well very very happy to see a self checkout however place is very bare bones. Most of the aisles have full carts or random items in between stocking or unstocking. The 2 employees today didn't even acknowledge us or smile even when we walked by them.

there is always something wrong going on with this site. doors are always locked before closing, "emergencies" happening almost every day, and staff is very unfriendly. will be calling corporate sometime soon.

Walked in on a work break to use the restroom and grab a hand sanitizer. I walked to the bathroom and noticed it was locked. When almost immediately the cashier, while helping a customer asked what I’m looking for and said I needed a key for the bathroom. I said Nevermind and continued to shop since I was in a hurry. Then he yelled again asking what I’m doing. And I replied that I’m shopping. He continued to badmouth me to the customer he was helping saying im not shopping by the bathroom. Extremely rude. Was treating me like some sort of criminal. And fyi it’s none of his businesses what I’m doing shopping I’m a patron. The other customer even had to say I think he’s looking for the bathroom. At this point I decided to leave the store without buying anything. The place is also a mess. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

They’ve literally never been open during business hours when I try to visit. I’m not even sure it’s still an active store at this point.

It shows that the store is open 9 to 6 on the door but the doors are locked. Someone is inside but apparently doesn’t want to work. I like this store for convenience but they are way to frequently closed.

Hours are inaccurate, even though they made them themselves. For example, they say they open at 8, but they only have the lights on, the doors don’t open. It’s one thing to be short staffed, but don’t claim to be open at a specific time if you know you won’t be able to be.

I am from the South where Dollar General is everywhere and I have never been to a bad one till now. It pains me to write this. But how can you go to store that is never open have attempted many times always closed.
