You will find everything you need to achieve a great work out at EHP! Not to mention, the coaches are big on proper form and mobility to help you stay injury free and help you scale movements to your fitness level. Top-notch facility with fantastic coaches!

EHP is the best! The coaches are really dedicated, supportive and encouraging to everyone. The whole group is like one big family and always supporting each other. I started about a year and a half ago and each day I am better than yesterday! Highly recommend EHP!
