“Just visited for the first time today, and was pretty happy with the customer service. I was greeted immediately upon entering, and was checked on a couple times (was there about an hour). Everything was pretty clean and orderly, the parking lot comfortably spacious. The aisles can be pretty tight however, I had a cart I ditched halfway through so I could get through the store faster. I also had issues finding what I needed - prices weren't always the easiest to find, and the inventory just seemed to carry the very basics of each category. (Although that may be the company's intent, so I probably shouldn't criticize that.)”

“I love going there some one is always there in the lumber department there is one kid from Texas that if he sees me with the electric cart he comes greets me with a smile and if I'm going to a different department he tells them when I am ready to go to call him and he will help me he always goes above and beyond”
“Going to Lowe’s makes me feel like my dad, in a good way. Staff are helpful, and the app makes it easier to find things since the place is huge. Every now and then there’s a bird flying around inside, which always makes me laugh a little. Feels kind of like being in a Disney movie.”
