I’m looking at upgrading chainsaws and while looking, one of the mechanics took time out of his day just to chat with me. “Wow!!! I love the new store. It is so much brighter, cleaner, and way more room to move around comfortably. It's probably the best Carhartt selection in the Fargo/Moorhead area. They have a huge tool section. Animal products for dog and cat, horse and cows etc... They also have a large decor section and children's toys for any age.”

“I was shopping last month at this Menards with my toddler, and while distracted my $16.XX rebate check apparently fell out of my pocket somewhere. I retraced where we went and couldn't find it and figured it was lost - someone probably picked it up and used it. However, a couple weeks later a Menards envelope arrived from this same location and inside was my $16.XX rebate check! Even the post-it note list I had put on it was still there. Apparently, someone found my rebate check on the floor, it made it to management, they used the info to get my address, and mailed it back to me. Thank You to all the good people at this Menards whose hands that rebate check went through! I/we greatly appreciate your act of good will and integrity!”

“I love this Home Depot! We used to have a Home Depot in Bismarck, but now this is the closest place to shop at one. It is super clean and spacious; the have a pretty good amount of products to choose from! Sometimes they have great clearance selections or deals. The staff is usually welcoming and friendly; haven't had a problem here!”

“I’ve been to Menards a few times in the last week. Typically I’m in and out with no problems. This last week I asked a store member where I could find a specific type of board after walking the lumber. Not only did he imply that I was a stupid girl, he did not lead me to what I needed instead he said “far corner” and continued joking with his buddy. Today I returned to the store and was helped by a wonderful young man in the lumber yard who helped me find exactly what I needed. If it weren’t for him I would be rating much lower.”
