I have nothing but good to report with Menards in Moorhead Mn. The personal is excellent and they have always lent a hand in questions a person may have. It’s my go to store for nearly everything I buy.

I find they have great value and selection of materials on many items. Since I'm remodeling a home, it's my primary go-to store. I was going to provide a 5 star but they're 11% discount process is very outdated. You have to mail in the receipt to obtain the discount. We were told it takes weeks to obtain it. How come Menards could have it internet based and the customer could enter/scan the receipts to their account or
2) associate all purchases to a phone or account number and when the purchase is processed at the POS, it would connect their purchases towards the future 11% credit/discount.

No discount on floor model lawn furniture menards put it together got it home, and realized it was missing 2 bolts and many lock and regular washers missing.

We were in Moorhead for a weekend away so I stopped on a Sunday morning to pick up some items. I went to the building materials desk. No one was there. I waited around for some time and eventually left. Usually when I check out I’m asked if I found everything I was looking for. Not this time.

We recently moved to Moorhead and have made multiple visits to this store. The customer service is hit or miss but is usually good. We purchased our fence materials, shed, blinds, and other miscellaneous items. Will continue going back. I like it when they do the fill a bag for 15% off. When they run other deals, I wish they would just give the 11% back at the register instead of making you jump through hoops to get a small discount on already high prices via mail. Also, the app isn't accurate on where things are located or how many items are in stock.
