Me and my wife first trip to rays we were skeptical of mechanics due to our bad experience with a shop here in moorhead. But instantly when we talked to Chad he made us feel welcome and he listened closely to the details in which we provided him about the problem. Well they got us in and diagnosed the truck and they found the problem. Not only did they described to us in details our problem. But through out a couple of options. They even went our there way to make sure they keep it closer into our budget range. But also that it's an efficient job. We also visited rays a couple more times after with different situations. But each time they was spot on. And I can tell u one thing. Our truck drive like new. I didn't feel like they was trying to scam more money from us. I felt they were genuinely interested in helping us get our truck back and running like new. Thanks rays... I recommend this place 100%....FACTS

I took my vehicle here for an issue with it going into limp mode. They told me either my tipm was bad or my PCM. Powertrain control module. We had to buy a used PCM due to parts shortage. They installed it...we Got the van back after 3 days it started acting up again.And that wasn't the problem. Took it back and then I bought a brand new tipm for 600$. They installed it....only to find out it was damaged. Every day I called and asked if they figured out the issue and just got the run around. Their mechanics were unable to diagnosis a simple issue. They said we're doing more testing. Our vehicle was here for over 10 days. Finally I went and picked up my vehicle. With it not being fixed. Every time I brought my van back. They wanted to charge me more money when they couldn't figure out the problem in the first place. It was here for a total of 3 times. I took it over to Matt's Auto and in 2 hours they figured out the issue. It was a faulty tipm.. All coming from a loose relay. Customer service is horrible. However they did tell me to never come back again. Which I think is very unprofessional.

I'm new in town and I had some problems with my truck... and Google recommended Ray's to me and I want to thank them for being so kind and friendly when repairing my truck and they are true professionals. I was having problems with my Honda Civic and the Honda dealership couldn't figure it out. I was frustrated with Honda. I found Ray's Auto Repair when I happened to drive by a few days later. I stopped and made an appointment. They figured out the problem within a day. I was relieved! They even fixed two leaks as well. I'm very happy with their service. The force is strong with this crue. I'm definitely coming back.
