I scheduleld a service 15 days in advance. Day of appointment comes and they didnt order the correct part. I was then told they're willing to hold the car for 5 more days until part arrives. Wasting someone's time is unacceptable.

These guys were FANTASTIC to work with. My son drives a very aging German Vehicle that used to be mine & they fixed everything wrong w it UNDER their quoted price! I don’t know ANYONE that can do that anymore! Plus, they gave him a t-shirt as it was was his bday lol & even wished him a Happy Bday!! No problems at all & not the nightmare dealership costs & headaches! Special thanks to Martin & Jeff. You guys & crew went by far beyond expectation! 5-stars for this place! Ty Ty Ty! :)

I was having window problems with a 2006 BMW 330. I talked with service and they were knowledgeable and eager to take a look. I live about 200 miles away so I hauled the car down on a flatbed and they called me the next day with the diagnosis. They had to order parts. After the repair they called. The repair was very reasonable. They were nice to talk to, didn't talk down to me. Treated me like a person. Would recommend to anyone with confidence that they can fix it.

Amazing service. Scott and his team helped me out when I was in a pinch. My breaks were in bad shape in the back, one side was metal on metal, and I needed to take my car the next day down to Detroit Lakes for the week. Scott said drop it off and it will be done in the morning…better yet 3 hours later I get the call that it was done. They sourced the parts and did an incredible job and the price was way worth it. Let’s call it “finished under time constraints and under budget.” Thanks again. Scott is a straight shooter and i recommend working with Red River Motorwerks to anyone!

I don’t understand how these guys have so many good rates because they put a guy on my truck that clearly didn’t have a clue. Didn’t wash my truck claiming they clayed it but wiped it down with some good cleaner. Has scratched up hood that was told they couldn’t fix,, but stated that’s all I paid for and that they through in a wax and buff. Still have tar on both sides did not do any thing to bottom or bumpers just spot wax and buff. Watch these guys with your hard earned money. I also posted some pics of buffer burns paint on both sides of the car, most definitely going to see my lawyer this week. When could have kept things civil in stead protecting your brand you want to protect a guy that damages other people’s property. And the owner was very rude

I came into Red River Motorworks and this Audi had extremely messed up paint with a ton of car wash scratches. Got the Icon Rocklear coating and it completely transformed this paint. It is so glossy and now it’s protected for 15+ years! Get it on with Icon!

Highly recommend Red River Motorwerks! The sales team is friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They made the car buying process stress-free and answered all my questions. The detailing service was equally impressive. My car was meticulously cleaned, inside and out. They paid attention to every detail, and it looks fantastic. Quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with a service/repair/performance shop, or just a business in general to be honest. Knowledgeable, professional, patient, and went the extra mile to do more than I expected. These guys are the real deal, and I’ll happily travel the 2 hours to take my car to them, over someone closer. The standard these guys have set is unmatched. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat.
