The owner of this business takes advantage of employees in all and any ways possible to keep himself wealthy while nearly every other person at this small business rides the poverty line. He will do what he can to not pay holidays, health insurance or any other benefit. He purposefully hires foreign or homeless/extremely poor people as he knows they won't expect as much from him and wonders why he can't keep staff. There is no real schedule to follow you are just expected to come in on time and stay until whenever they decide things are done. Unprofessional and terrible business
