  They sent the b-team. We thought we hired Jon (the owner), who bid the job and talked about doing the installing himself. After repeatedly having to call him to commit to a start date, Jon sent an installer that he had just hired back after a parting of the ways. Installer arrived 40 minutes later than the agreed upon time. Installer rushed through & left a mess. He didn’t even bother to clean off the tile when he was done. Called the owner and he and another guy spent 2 hours cleaning off the other installers mess. When my husband and I tried to express our disappointment Jon (the owner) was full of excuses. Would NOT recommend this company.

  I have had the pleasure of having Tile Masters do two ceramic tile installations in my home and both were fantastic. Very professional, on time, on budget, cleaned up when they were done and a beautiful end result. I recommend them highly recommend them.
