Just visited for the first time today, and was pretty happy with the customer service. I was greeted immediately upon entering, and was checked on a couple times (was there about an hour). Everything was pretty clean and orderly, the parking lot comfortably spacious. The aisles can be pretty tight however, I had a cart I ditched halfway through so I could get through the store faster. I also had issues finding what I needed - prices weren't always the easiest to find, and the inventory just seemed to carry the very basics of each category. (Although that may be the company's intent, so I probably shouldn't criticize that.)

Wow!!! I love the new store. It is so much brighter, cleaner, and way more room to move around comfortably. It's probably the best Carhartt selection in the Fargo/Moorhead area. They have a huge tool section. Animal products for dog and cat, horse and cows etc... They also have a large decor section and children's toys for any age.

The workers are SO kind!!! And extremely helpful! I went to pick up some dog food and they helped me find everything I needed. This is basically like a Fleet Farm, just a little bit smaller. And they have an affordable dog washing station! Definitely a great spot to hit up when you're in a pinch. Will be back for sure!
