Morehead City ups. I was told that you Tat said anything in boxes from liquor stores.... I am convinced they make the rules up according to how they feel that day... I send things all the time to Colorado and liquor store boxes I put stickers over the word liquor of whatever kind it is or I mark it out with black magic marker...... I had stopped going to this one' because of various issues with customer service and just attitudes.... I said I wanted to go the cheapest way that's possible and continued to tell me the highest and then I have to repeat it... It's not worth the hassle to go in there and feel this every time that you're going to run into an argument of person ....someone having bad day. They seem annoyed if you ask question or EVER ask for explanation.. .about insurance I have been told 4 different ANSWERES FROM from 4 different staff...like I.... said make it up. ..I'm so stressed when I leave there so my solution do not go back.....
work it's not worth it that's it they lost our cow and our service another fun fact that you probably didn't know is that basil

Really dissappointed today. I had a box. It was already labled. It had been shipped to the address once already. When i brought it to UPS they made a new label. New label was the wrong address. But since I didnt do his job for him and check to make sure the addresses matched. I got screwed. And the package went to the wrong state because he typed in the zipcode wrong by one number. And never looked to see if it matched the original label. Then expected me to catch it. Not my job bro. It was pre labeled correctly. You effed it up. Not impressed. I had reviewed my label. It was correct. So what you are really asking is I supervise your untrained minimum wage help.

I have never had a bad experience at the Moorhead store over several years. They always are friendly and helpful. I’d like to give a special shout-out for Will, who went way above the call of duty to help me. He offered to re-enter the information for each of my MANY Amazon return items so they would be credited to the proper account. He was polite and friendly, worked quickly and seemed eager to serve. Fantastic customer service!!

the 3 stars are for the ups store in moorhead, i give zero stars as a whole especially to jake at the werehouse. Gaslighter and "if you're gunna talk to me that way blah blah blah" anyone without food, resources, etc etc etc--- I'm not going to turn into a woman for you. I was abused at NDSU. I was stripped by your police on both sides of the river. This is harrassment. I have reciepts and witnesses. You will not kill me,. I rose again like sweet prince of princes and king of kings. ----- I called a special number and spoke with Mr. Jake who then tried to gaslight me and treat me subhuman. It's not okay to mess with my parcels. It is not okay to make fun of me when I say "I need my package!" Like it's an inuendo. You are in cahoots with someone, whether it's fix-it forward, family wellness, sanford, etc, who are just trying to rape, abuse, and brutalize me into be a woman for you. I can't take this anymore. YOu have a responsibility to have us trust you. I chose you because I could trust UPS. The bearded dude told me nice things. I chased after him. He must have thought it was funny. There are miniorities, families, and so on who live here. I told supervisor, and Will last night, i go by ravn-thor. Boycott UPS. Cahoots. Lawsuit. Amen. I'm sick of being messed with. This is not funny. I am a human being. This is the 2nd time I missed an important parcel in the mail. He helped me understand the buzzer issue and that my appartment complex has a legal respsobility to address it as evidenced by the lease agreement. however, i was home today, and then had a breakdown, bc i'm trying to recycle, your app is confusing, i have no money for gas to take care of myself or get food or basic needs or connection and that parcel offered resources for me to actually play pretend i'm truly loved by this community. not cool. not cool. i told on you and i'll scream and roar more if i hjave too. i almost died. and i rose again. stop it. now. bring it back now. I literally have no one. and ups guy knows that. and i told my story to the ups store months ago. this isn't okayu. i was abused and am continueally battered and outed by all thius community. knock it off. now.

They give the best service by far in all of Fargo-Moorhead!! Best employees and fastest wait times at a UPS Store! They kept all off my shopping costs down and took good care of my goods that I needed to return to Amazon! Highly recommend using the store in Moorhead on Main Ave if you need anything shipped! Five stars every time I go there! And they stay open until 5pm on Saturdays!!! Couldn’t ask for more!

Out of all the shipping services UPS is the worst. This is my 2 to 3 problem I encountered with them.The driver just stole one of my Christmas packages and said it was delivered. They threw my other packages in the hallway any kind of way. Just a horrible company.I will never use them to ship or receive packages ever againIt is not the Moorhead location that’s bad. It is the shipping department in North Fargo and the drivers.Please get it together
