How are you out of stamps? Tried to mail to 1oz letters. 1 to Germany and 1 to UK. No stamps. I can go to another State i.e North Dakota. Zero Stamps to mail overseas at the one and only Post Office in Moorhead seems suspect

Packages and mail are always late or don't show up at all. And they're excuse is that they can't get into the building, which isn't true? They've been in the building several times. I'm tired of not getting my packages

first of all, I’d like to give a shout out to Rich, who works in the 56560 area code. He goes way above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to finding packages. Myself, and several other people in my building are totally blind, and we can’t always locate our items… If they are too big to fit in a mailbox. Our leasing agents can’t seem to find them either. Rich just delivered me a package that ended up across the street in another building. He didn’t have to do that. I really would recommend and in his file, because, he really seems like he cares about his customers, and delivering his packages where they should be, and he is kind to boot. My only complaint is, I wish the Morehead Minnesota post office would answer their phone so I can track my packages.

told my wife it would take until 5/2025 to get our son a passport so my wife paid $60 additional dollars to get it expedited... they refuse to do anything about it even though I contacted them the same day to correct. Just one more example of inept government employees refusing to care about customers since they can't lose them...

I paid for priority mail(3-5 days total for shipping, they said) ...that took over a week just to leave the moorhead facility. Tried calling but of course no one answers. Very frustrating, will never go thru this place again.

Older lady didn’t help me at all when figuring out how to ship packages, I paid extra for shipping costs that I had already paid for.

They do not know how to answer a phone. I've called 4 times and no one picks up. Are they deaf where they can't answer a phone?

Been so excited to get my package but of course wasn't delivered i don't know how my building can't be accessed when its a apartment building and where other people gotten their mail but me ugh!!!
