I called at about 9:15am sept 15th to transfer my sons medication from his current pharmacy to here. The lady who answered treated me like I was incoherent and didn't understand. And then once she understood she then told me they do not do that. (I just got off the phone with current pharmacy and they told me Walgreens need to ask for the exchange first). She was very unpleasant and actually rude and snobby to me. I told her I dont know why she has a problem with me but im just going to call a different pharmacy. And so I call the walgreens on main Ave instead. A very nice man answered the phone and immediately understood what I was saying, didn't hesitate to take my sons info, pharmacy info and prescription info and sent the orders off immediately to his current pharmacy to initiate the exchange. It was so easy and was a good experience with him. I dont know if that lady is mentally disturbed and not getting treatment, but she needs better training, period. Nobody should have had to deal with belittlement from pharmacy staff. Now I have to drive much further to get our medications, but id rather that then being in close proximity to this lady at this location.

I hope the GM of Walgreens is reading this review. The pharmacy shouldn’t be holding an hour conversation with one customer and holding up the line for everyone else! If you don’t fix this problem I’m going to another Walgreens pharmacy that actually gives a crap about making customers happy not mad. You as a GM should be addressing these situations and fixing the problem to make customers happy! Plan and simple it just seems like the GM of this store doesn’t care about customer service satisfaction! No wonder why you have a bad star rating! Unbelievable and after going to the pharmacy for almost 11 years now. I’ve never ever seen such crappy customer service by this pharmacy! 😡😡😡

Very nice workers, but extremely slow. Plan on it taking a minimum of 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. I've also gone multiple times and they don't have a pharmacist on staff.

They frequently do not have a pharmacist on staff. As a result my prescriptions have taken multiple DAYS to get filled. This has happened too many times! I need my medications in a timely manner. Taking them is not a matter of waiting. I finally decided to switch pharmacies, sadly. I liked them otherwise.

Unable to get my meds, so I tried transferring the prescription to a different pharmacy. They had already billed my insurance even though it was 2 weeks late and they STILL didn't have my meds, so I then sat on hold for 30+ minutes just trying to talk to a person to get them to fix their mistake

I really appreciate the time and effort going into making sure I can get my prescription filled. When one Walgreens was out of stock, they were able to instruct me in how to reach out to another location to get it filled that day instead of having to wait 3-4 days. I was very happy considering I needed it desperately. The second location had the script filled within 15 minutes! Thank you Walgreens and your pharmacy team!

I've been using this Walgreens for a while. Lately they have been FAILING so many people.I haven't been able to get medications I desperately need unless I go there or call MULTIPLE TIMES a week to solve problems and demand they be filled. This isn't easy because they frequently DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE and have ridiculously LONG LINES.Once I was told they CANCELED a bunch of prescriptions because they didn't have enough staff to complete the job!! :OI'm here again now, waiting on a prescription that I've MISSED 5 DOSES of. :(

Horrible experience. Unfortunately one of the cheaper places to get meds. Will say that prescription is filled and once u get there. It isn't. Will fill some on the spot right then and there even thou u put in the refill on Monday and it's still isn't filled on Friday. Then proceed to lie to you saying it's going to be filled in buy noon to afternoon. Just to find out they are completely out of it. Leaving no time get it fixed. Would rather be told the truth that it's out and seek alternative solution then left with being out with a critical medication for an entire week.

Called to refill a prescription 30 minutes before close. 2 people ahead of me, no problem, 1 person ahead of me, no problem, then kept on hold for 20 minutes after that saying their people are dealing with something else? I get it, employees want to go home. But it literally would have taken 1 minute of confirming a refill but got no answer. To keep me waiting that long is nonsense just to confirm a prescription.

0/10. Absolutely horrible service. Hour long wait in store, inconsistent information from staff in store vs over the phone, and apparently this location does not utilize any of the app or text updates.
