Had absolutely no issues until I had moved my stuff out of the unit and still get billed. I made my final payment and moved out. Yet here I am still getting (late payments due) after everything was cleaned out and my pad lock was left open so they could easily grab it. I go back after getting billed multiple times to see if I potentially left anything behind. And my code wouldn’t work anymore. I returned two or three different times to try to retrieve my pad lock to check on the unit and at least check it….now I have payments for a storage unit I moved out of months ago….do not recommend

Very helpful with everything. Setup, payments, and even forgetting the lock code. Friendly staff that are easy to communicate with. They return messages fast. Definitely would use them again if needed.

So far, so good. They have a security gate there. It opens when you put in your code. It is less expensive than the other options around Mora. With the exception of the one that has no security whatsoever. I think that one might be cheaper.

This is about as simple as it gets. I wanted secure storage at a reasonable price. They offer secure storage at a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend.
