“I called to transfer units to a smaller size but the gal never put in a note to call me the next day when available. However, when I called the next day the gal was able to quickly do the transfer and was very efficient. The units themselves are ok, my 10x20 unit doesn’t have good drainage and had a lot of water in the spring thaw. I moved to a smaller and higher unit and will hopefully avoid this.”
