I cant give a honest review since I haven't used their service but I can tell you what happen and why I haven't used their services.
I called to see if there was any openings and no one answered. I left a message letting them know I have a super friendly 15lbs dog who desperately needs a grooming. I was looking for an appointment and for someone to call me back and let me know what they had. Its been a month and I have not gotten any call back.
The one star is just for the customer service.
I can update this is I ever get a call back for an appointment.

My Savanna (German Shepherd) Girl had her bath & nails trimmed this afternoon. She looks Beautiful. Casy, Ben & gal helping are so loving & caring! They are the Best!! ❤️?

So great with my boarder collie who is normally a hot mess of anxiety! He looked wonderful after his groom. Added plus is the price! I have taken him to groomers in the suburbs near my work due to the convenience, but they charge at least $100 more for the same services. I will go out of my way to come back to Tall to Small anytime!

I have been taking all of my 8 rescue dogs there for years. They have been great with them. Some of them have people issues and they have taken the necessary time to work with them. They have gotten better and better with her. I would recommend them to anyone.

My oldest dog started limping this morning I seen it was a toe nail had gotten extra long again so in a hurry I called around to find a pet groomer so awesome they were able to get her in this morning so I sent the wife she said it's a door on the side of the building that she didn't notice at first other then the door being a little easier to see in the future I would have to say this place is great freindly staff and was told they are professional normally my wife doesn't like taking the dogs into these type of places but she said she will go back

Brought my husky mix and my Stafford Terrier there for full grooming and nail clipping. My Stafford is a good boy but ify at times but she knew how to handle him and showed him who's boss.

I have been bringing both my doggoes to Cassie for many years! Her and her husband do great jobs and really do care about them as if they were their own! I appreciate the job more than they know, especially during shedding season!
