Mora last my money order in the mail and they say I have to pay 20.00 to help them find it in the mail and ld and showing something showing mouth and date of mail out .go's show u have to keep something that showing u mailed something from thing from them.

They did not deliver important court documents. When I told them I was going to subpoena them, my mail man now won't deliver packages to my house because there is not a loop to drive through and it is "not safe for him". My driveway is less than 80ft long on a rural dirt road. This post office sucks, not that anyone can do anything about it. All these problems because I was granted an emergency protection order for my kids and they didn't want to do their jobs. I tried talking to the post master but she just wanted to yell and be dramatic in front of my 7 and 9 year old so I left. I also filed an official complaint but apparently that just goes to her as well. I added a package box to the end of my driveway so the lazy mail man can do his job now hopefully. Pictures to come soon! People literally just want their mail. This place is full of horror story reviews. Does anyone that works for the government have ANY accountability anymore??

Never had any significant problems with mail service until the second half of 2023. Now, mail delivery errors are frequent. Our house has gotten mail meant for someone else on multiple occasions. This is a problem! Mail sometimes contains very personal and private information, and there are some sketchy people out there. I'd hate to think about what someone like that would do with someone else's mail. And this isn't just happening at our house either! It's happening in our whole community. I know that there aren't enough people right now, but USPS needs to do better.

Always had good service until recently. I have had 3 eBay packages go missing recently that all showed as "Delivered". I never got them. I also had one an outgoing package recently never get picked up and scanned (a return to an eBay seller). Lost or stolen? I called and spoke to a rep at the local Mora branch requesting they not deliver mail under my door when I am not here. I assume a post employee isn't stealing, so someone must be snagging thing from under my door as I have a glass door and people can see inside. NOW, I am getting notices to pick the mail up from the post office in person if I miss the mail that day. For 7 years if I wasn't here, they'd drop it under the door or just deliver it the next day. Now I have to call them to request delivery of packages. I did that yesterday and no packages showed up today. Ugh. Just really poor service in my opinion. This is pretty simple stuff. I will choose UPS or Fed Ex as shipping options from sellers if it's an option in the future to avoid the hassle.

They lose about half of my mail. I have informed delivery and each day the mail that is shown on there never comes. I paid for my mail to be forwarded and they have forwarded maybe two letters. The rest they are still sending to my old address, and for some reason my parents which I have never lived. They've lost social security cards, important letters from both the county and my job. I'm not one to complain usually but this has gotten to be ridiculous. I will say they're always kind at least. They seem to be as confused about where my mail is going as I am so I'm not sure what's going wrong.

They are the worlds worst post office .I've ever dealt with in my entire life.so rude and disgusting and they don't do mail right. O but their excuses they get too much mail all day longscrew them.??????

Won't leave packages at my home address always have to go in to pick them up. There hours are not friendly with anyone who works an 8-4:30 job.

They don’t know how Deliver Packages or mail right to right homes they sented them back to Post office or give wrog mail wrog people . They need Learn to do the job right and Not be in a hurry...

Our post carrier doesn't even attempt to bring our packages to the door half the time. Got a sorry I missed you notice as I was standing at door waiting for him, wasn't sure what he was doing and then suddenly threw notice in mailbox and drove away.

Absolutely awful service constantly delivering mail to the wrong addresses. On multiple occasions have received others mail, and they've recurved ours.
