Employees refuse to wear masks. When emailed, they said they would speak to management about it. They emailed back a few days later, basically saying they didn't care.

Online orders were down for updates. Which is fine but when I called to order and asked for an online deal she was very rude and told me to order online later and didn’t even ask if I would like to order something else.

I've personally only had good experiences at the Casey's chain of stores. They're always clean, their employees are generally friendly, and of course the pizza is some of the best around!
