My son made a reservation to get a trailer to move items home from college. He told them he would get it today at 11AM. They said they close at 12PM. He shows up at 11AM and they are closed! Now he is driving 350 miles home without all of his belongings. He will have to go back another time which is inconvenient and will cost him more money.
