“I do not live in the Redwood Falls area, but happened to be there for business. I mailed a parcel at the Redwood Falls post office. There was a problem with the way the transaction was entered into the system.. When my item wasn’t delivered, I called a few days later and Emma answered the phone. She was courteous, professional, and immediately researched the transaction and got to the bottom of the issue. She is a rock star and has restored my faith in the USPS!!!”
