“CJ was very helpful in that not only did he quickly and prudently prepare our tax return, but since we were new to a “pay for service” type of business as opposed to a private CPA tax accountant who we had used in the past, he did walk us through the process of how both of these entities differed. CJ was pleasant and patient, and actually more informative than we had been given from our CPA. We are paying almost 2.5 times a higher fee than in our past years. Our fault for not asking upfront regarding service fees. I don’t know that we will use Block again, just due to the fee criteria. I believe CJ did an efficient job in regards to preparing our return. We did discuss the reality of discussing future tax planning for the future.”
