Harbor Wine & Spirits is the municipal liquor store in Mound, with profits going back to the city. I dropped my case of arnold palmer spiked right in front of one of the employees and it popped one of them just outside of the sliding door. He insisted on getting me a new case until I convinced him otherwise.

Great selection of wines, THC products, craft beers and spirits. Prices are competitive and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
