Everyone there was great to work with and always had a positive attitude. They made our transition in and our transition out as seamless as possible ... we moved into the unit under one ownership and moved out under a different ownership but did not see much of a difference in how the staff worked with us!!!

We came in to pay our bill and the lady at the counter was combative when I asked a question. Not the first time, in fact when we came in last month and was told that the business was sold she was angry that she had to tell us that we needed this and that to change over the new owner. Honestly, her hands are filthy and her vape pipe is on the counter for all to see. Maybe I was rude at first, but her energy from the get go was horrible.

I needed a storage unit really quickly and Ardis was great. The whole experience was quick. The building is very clean and even smells good! (I have rented many times in other places and this is not always the case.)

Ardis who works at the facility is absolutely fantastic. She explained everything to me perfectly and was even able to move to a smaller unit when I figured out I didn’t need the bigger unit. Best place to store stuff!
