“I loved meeting and working with the 2 gentlemen that own this company. They are beyond kind, and helpful. Im so happy with my unit- its clean, and I know that its safe. Locks can be purchased that are bolt cutter proof and would require a professional locksmith to open. Not even the owners can open it without a locksmith. These guys helped me find my unit, and showed me how to use it more than once, I just didnt get the simple concept of sliding something. lol.”
“After dealing with “corporate” for a simple administrative issue that they couldn’t seem to get resolved, I was finally given the name for Stony at the Chanhassen location. I drove to the location, met with an actual live employee and in a matter of a few minutes he completely fixed the issue. While there I mentioned a problem with the kiosk at the Mtka Annex location. Gave him a picture of the kiosk. In a matter of just a few days, the kiosk was repaired. A shout out to his district mgr Jon for acting quickly to the issue too.Good employees are hard to find, but Stony is an excellent employee. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, the perfect face for PS! Wish he was at our location instead of the kiosk.”

“Hate having my stuff in storage but the owner is amazing and a few days thro out the year she has an amazing barn sale husband bridal was on the 13th had to get out tent stopped in at her sale I spent more then I wanted to but the tools a vexlar some cloths for myself and a baby carrier for my up in coming 1st grandchild nothing I bought was over priced and she even cut me 10$ off she is just so much fun to interact with and very easy to talk to. If I have to continue having my things in storage I will continue to be with deleno mini 70$ a month for a huge unit I will pay that any day”
“This is a basic storage space with locked gate and no thrills. It is clean, very reasonably priced and in a convenient location for someone living in the Waconia area. What I really appreciated about it, was the WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE I received from the owner Kevin last week. I called the phone # I happened across on the web to reserve a storage space for the facility to start for the following day. I then called the facility managers # AFTER business hours & spoke with the owner Kevin. I explained my situation that I was desperately in need of moving extra items out of my home for an Open House the following day & asked if there was ANY way I could have access to my reserved space THIS evening. He was so very gracious to spend over 30 minutes with me over the phone to get set up with my storage space so that I could access it yet THAT NIGHT! He was a Life Saver! I so appreciated him taking the time to assist me when he could have easily said that I needed to call back the following day. He also stayed on the phone with me to make sure I could get through the gated access okay & knew where to find my unit #. Thank you so much Kevin!!!”

“I found the KO Storage facility in Maple Plain to be perfectly located for my needs. During a late night of packing to move to the area, I paid for a unit online, found it snowed in, so I picked another empty unit to unload into. I left a message and got called back right away. Dirk was very decent to deal with and sympathetic to the snow situation. He made the switch for me. No big deal. Throughout the months I rented the 2 spaces, the units were clean and dry, they kept the snow plowed, and the units were well lit and safe. They were not surrounded by a fence but we always felt they were safe.”
“I found the management wonderful to deal with. I am using the climate controlled units. They are pleasant in winter or summer to work in. I did have a problem with the lock system which is why I gave them a 4. But they have finally corrected the situation and it seems to be working great now.”
